🚚 When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and then delivered within 3–7 business days. So from the moment you order, expect your goodies within around 5–10 business days.

🏷️ Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over £25. A £2.99 shipping fee applies to orders under £25.

📦 Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details.

↩️ What if I'm not happy with my order?

We handle all issues on a case-by-case basis and always aim to find a fair solution. Just email us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it together.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as any other payment options shown at checkout.

🌍 Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently we ship to UK addresses only. We hope to expand in the future — watch this space!
