We want every Golden Paws order to put a smile on your face (and a wag in your pet's tail 🐶). If something's not right, we'll do our best to make it right.

Our Approach

We handle refunds and returns on a case-by-case basis. Every situation is different, and we believe in being fair and flexible.

When We'll Help

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • Your order never arrived (outside of expected delivery window)

How to Get in Touch

If you have an issue with your order, please email us within 14 days of receiving your item:

Include your order number and a photo if relevant — we'll get back to you within 1–2 business days.

Refund Process

Once we've assessed your case, we'll offer one of the following: a full or partial refund to your original payment method, a replacement item, or store credit — whatever works best for you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened consumable products or any other items mentioned in the returns policy.
